Class Description
Group A Groups and organizations directly affiliated with the Ridgewood Public Schools, Ridgewood students and staff, as approved by the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary
Group B • Nonprofit organizations whose primary purpose is to serve youth on a communitywide basis.
• Village government and other officially approved recreation activities sponsored by groups of the Village government.
• Not-for-profit groups that sponsor fund raising events wherein the entire proceeds, less expenses, go to assist Ridgewood Public School students.
Group C Community, civic, social, educational, cultural, recreation, professional groups, Ridgewood Community Vendors and any other groups not specifically referenced herein.
Group D Ridgewood HSA Groups

Group Information

If you are an internal staff member who will be submitting requests on your own behalf (i.e. not for a group, team, club, etc), use your first and last name as the Group Name.

If you are a for-profit organization inquiring about reserving a space in our schools, please contact the Ridgewood Community School at (201) 670-2700 ext. 17501

Additional Group Information

External / Outside Groups: Upload the Group's Certificate of Insurance and its Expiration Date.

Group B and Group C must provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance naming the Ridgewood Board of Education, 49 Cottage Place Ridgewood NJ as additional insured. Limit of Liability must be at least a combined single limit of $1,000,000 per occurrence/ $2,000,000 aggregate ensuring licensee against any liability for bodily injury and property damage.

If there are outside vendors participating in your event, they must provide a Certificate of Insurance with the above information.
